I hope to god we get the Jack Benny Show. That would make my year.

Hopefully McHale's Navy, Dragnet, and Quincy make it too.

Quincy, Ironside and The Rockford Files are top of my list, although there are so many great shows in the Universal vaults that I hope we get a good percentage of them.

i was a child of the 70's, so my interest lies mainly in those properties

Dragnet
Baretta
Buck Rogers
Columbo
Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew
Kojak
McMillan and Wife
Night Gallery
Night Stalker
Rockford Files

don't forget
Six Million dollar Man
Bionic Woman

would buy all these in a heartbeat.

not interested in the 80s-00s at all (from Universal anyway), but i suspect because of the demographics those titles will be a priority for the studio for a while (even if they involve complex licensing like MV)

edited to add
and i wrote the above before i read the other thread today that mentions that Universal is getting ready to release a lot of TV product- most prominently mentioned is MV, of course.
the show is just too popular with many late 20-late 30 something males for them not to go to the trouble of ironing out the music licensing.

gosh, I want Dragnet, Emergency and Thriller the most out of that list.

I would blind buy some of the others though due to what I've read over the years like Marcus Welby, Alfred Hitchcock and Ironside.

I believe Universal also owns the other Action pack shows: namely Cleopatra 2525 and Jack of All Trades.

Never even heard of most of those. I have seen some of them, but nothing on that list that I would actually buy.

I want several Universal series on DVD, but those that I want most of all include:

THRILLER
DRAGNET
M SQUAD
ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS
THE ALFRED HITCHCOCK HOUR

A couple of Universal-owned series not yet mentioned that I'd add to Mark To's master list:

SUSPICION --A short-lived hour anthology series from 1957; some episodes were live productions, so no longer exist (unless kinescopes survive), while a good many were shot on film by Alfred Hitchcock's "Shamley" production company. Hitch himself directed the excellent, suspenseful episode "4 O'Clock", which was run a few times on TV LAND's "Museum of TV & Radio Showcase" a few years back.

SUSPENSE THEATER (originally KRAFT SUSPENSE THEATER), a color hour-long filmed anthology series, which ran from 1963-65. Featured quite an impressive roster of guest stars during its run. The pilot for what would become the series RUN FOR YOUR LIFE was an episode of this program. Oddly, though it had no sci-fi/horror/fantasy content, SUSPENSE THEATER was re-run in the wee hours on the SCI-FI channel several years ago, before they switched over to the more theme-appropriate THRILLER series for a year or so (way back when the channel was worthwhile).

These are my top 10 (in no particular order).

Adam-12
Emergency
Jack Benny
Columbo
McCloud
McMillan and Wife
Munsters
Quincy ME
Rockford Files
Woody Woodpecker

I would like to see Woody Woodpecker done like the Looney Tunes Golden Collection or the recent Hanna Barbera collections.

The only shows on that list I would buy are...

Amazing Stories
Charles in Charge
Out of this World
Seaquest

They would have to be Season sets, of course.

Corrections: Family Affair is a Paramount property.

Uni also owns Gimme a Break, which ran six years on NBC and was from the same production company as Kate & Allie.

Out of the current list, I'd buy:

Alfred Hitchcock Presents & AH Hour
Amen
Dragnet
Kate and Allie
Leave it to Beaver
Jack Benny
Magnum PI
Munsters
Murder She Wrote
Rockford Files
Woody Woodpecker

As I’ve previously said, I’m really not a big “TV on DVD” guru. However, I would buy seaQuest in a heartbeat!

I have a mild interest in Airwolf and Knight Rider, but I am not sure if I would actually invest in those…

Sorry but I'm not at all interested in recent shows produced for syndication so I did not list those types of shows.
