finally got around to watching this last night and it completely took me by suprise.
What a fantastic movie!
and what a breath of fresh air from todays slick & vapid blockbusters.
and anyone that thinks Moore made a lightweight James Bond (which is probably most of you out there), would probably be suprised with his performance here (i was).
great character, wonderful performance.
the unabashed miscogny on display is also a complete hoot.
the whole film had much more humour than i was expecting- and for a change, it had a little more wit to it than
"yo mama", or "Christmas came early", or the 414 other tedious cliches in the last several Bond movies.
in fact, given the connection with Moore, all throughout the movie i couldn't help but think how much more entertaining this was than so many of the Bond movies i've seen.

nice, if unspectacular job from Universal with the disc as well.
not even a trailer in the way of extras, but the film itself looks and sounds good for a 20+ yr old catalog title.
this and captain Kronos have made for a great, inexpensive week.
i'll take more like these two any day of the week.

Roger Moore stank up the screen as James Bond. However, he was superb in Ffolkes. I also loved this film and wish he had made more films with this character.
