Can someone please tell me why people are rounding over the the edges of their braces. I was never really noticed it until today, but it seems like a lot of projects have this done?

I think its along the same lines as flaring a port, it sort of facilitates air movement without noise inside the sub? Then again, maybe its just audio nuts obsessing over their projects. Which I also intend to do with my bracing. ;)

Because it takes allot more work and special skills, all to show off things no one will see, very zen! :D
Actually there is allot of air movement that can cause diffraction that can effect the sound. This is also the reason for the dampening material.
