Starting a thread off for the third season of Rookie Blue, which premieres on ABC in the US this coming Thursday night.

Off to a decent start; it's still the light, canadian police drama.. so this isn't "The Shield" or "The Wire" , but it's at least entertaining and the characters are likable enough.

Oh, sweet, my DVR recorded it anyway (I didn't set it up for this summer to record it, but I guess my DVR was lonely and recorded stuff from a list of summer shows still in it's schedule list).

Matt, many thanks for posting this news about a fourth season of Rookie Blue. Had been thinking the show had been cancelled or was finishing after the current third season, after reading someone else's post in another TV Programming thread). EpGuides.com has the next new episode as premiering on ABC tomorrow night.

The third season of Rookie Blue has been pretty good so far. Have watched the first three episodes, and the season premiere with William Shatner guest starring has been the standout episode. Shall be interesting to see where they go with Traci becoming a detective.

I kinda like these cop characters. It was a solid 3rd season.
