I seem to remember some announcement early in 2002 about Fox releasing the Mel Brooks comedy, Robin Hood Men in Tights this year. We've heard most of the announcments through October already and still nothing. Does anyone know if this is still on slate for this year, or has it been postponed?

I thought we would have heard more on these by now.

Anything new guys? Now that that other Robin Hood has a new 2 Disc edition coming out when is the REAL Robin Hood coming out All I want is DD 5.1, anamorphic widescreen, and the trailer. A Brooks commentary would be perfect but I'd settle for a barebones.

The Pal region 4 edition of "Robin Hood Men in Tights" features a really nice Anamorphic Widescreen transfer, a 2.0 Dolby Digital Stereo soundtrack and contains the original theatrical trailer and an enjoyable behind the scenes making of featurette.

Which is ironic since MY Robin Hood's accent is at least related to the Queen's English being from Australia instead of Indiana
