Not sure what you mean by ALL the extras. If you go here – http://www.amazon.com/Legend-Ultimate-Blu-ray-Tom-Cruise/dp/B004QSQML8/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1361811182&sr=1-1&keywords=legend – and scroll down, it lists the extras. BR includes two cuts of the film, and the page has screenshots of Ridley Scott's brief text comments on the merits of the two in high-def. Comparison to the 2-disc DVD is tricky, because Amazon sometimes lumps things together that are listed separately on the back cover of a DVD, but most of the extras appear to be there. The long "making-of" is listed, and the "faerie dance re-creation", but maybe not the "Alternate opening: four goblins." Storyboards are present but not listed by name (the DVD names three), as is the Bryan Ferry video. No mention, however, of the isolated score by Tangerine Dream on the theatrical version, and no mention of the photo galleries that are on the DVD, or any of the other text-based extras. If in the end the difference between an upscaled DVD and the visual "limitations" (Scott's word) that appear in the high def presentation of the Director's Cut version turns out to be minimal, then it might be better to stick with the DVD. I haven't previewed the BR so I can't say, but I have heard good things about the Oppo 103's ability to upscale material to near high-def quality, so something like that may be your best bet.

I knew I got the wrong dvd and a lot of the extras weren't included ,with BR its even harder since they have so many versions of everything, and they almost always leave one thing or another off the bR,The Picture files are the first thing to go,no matter who short

Here's a list of all the extras from the 2002 "Ultimate Edition" DVD. Original releases included an insert, later versions did not. Disc One: --Legend Director's Cut (1:53:20) --Commentary by director Ridley Scott Disc Two: --Legend US Theatrical Release (1:29:22) --Isolated Music Score by Tangerine Dream --Creating a Myth: The Making of Legend (50:59) --Lost Scenes: "Four Goblins" (10:35), "The Faerie Dance" (2:46) (13:21 total) --Storyboards: Lily and the Unicorns (12:01, 72), Jack's Challenge (10:11, 61), Downfall of Darkness (11:31, 69) (33:43 total, 202 stills) --Trailers: US (1:24), International (1:14) (2:38 total) --TV Spots: A (0:33), B (0:32), C (0:33), D (0:34) (2:12 total) --Photo Galleries: Publicity Photographs (2:46, 40), Production Photographs (4:49, 71), Continuity Polaroids (4:50, 71) (12:25 total, 182 stills) --Bryan Ferry "Is Your Love Strong Enough" Music Video (5:23) --Production Notes (10 stills) --Cast and Filmmakers (32 stills) --Recommendations (1 still) --DVD-ROM Features (1 still) --DVD Newsletter (1 still) Universal then re-released the film as a single disc, with the following features. This would be re-released again in 2011 with cover art identical to the Blu-Ray. --Legend Director's Cut (1:53:20) --Commentary by director Ridley Scott --Lost Scenes: "Four Goblins" (10:35), "The Faerie Dance" (2:46) (13:21 total) --Photo Galleries: Publicity Photographs (2:46, 40), Production Photographs (4:49, 71), Continuity Polaroids (4:50, 71) (12:25 total, 182 stills) --Bryan Ferry "Is Your Love Strong Enough" Music Video (5:23) The 2011 Blu-Ray includes the following: --Legend Director's Cut (1:53:20) --Legend US Theatrical Release (1:29:22) --Commentary by director Ridley Scott (Director's Cut) --Isolated Music Score by Tangerine Dream (Theatrical Release) --Creating a Myth: The Making of Legend (50:59) --Lost Scenes: "Four Goblins" (10:35), "The Faerie Dance" (2:46) (13:21 total) --Bryan Ferry "Is Your Love Strong Enough" Music Video (5:23) --Photo Galleries: Publicity Photographs (2:46, 40), Production Photographs (4:49, 71), Continuity Polaroids (4:50, 71) (12:25 total, 182 stills) --Trailers: US (1:24), International (1:14) (2:38 total) --TV Spots: A (0:33), B (0:32), C (0:33), D (0:34) (2:12 total) The following features from the 2002 DVD were not included: --Storyboards: Lily and the Unicorns (12:01, 72), Jack's Challenge (10:11, 61), Downfall of Darkness (11:31, 69) (33:43 total, 202 stills) --Production Notes (10 stills) --Cast and Filmmakers (32 stills) --Recommendations (1 still) --DVD-ROM Features (1 still) --DVD Newsletter (1 still) This all pertains to the U.S. DVD and Blu-Ray, released by Universal. It's very easy to sum up every international release (by 20th Century Fox): they contain only the European Cut (1:33:43) and the U.S. trailer.
