I found the relationship to be believable and the acting between the characters was just fine.
This is a very good movie in my opinion, and De Niro has every right to be proud of his directorial debut!

Yeah...it was you. What more can you ask for? Chazz and Bobby on the same set. Great work by De Niro in making this heady, strong film.
