Rears at Ear Level? (1 Viewer)

I'm setting up a new onkyo ht-s3700 as an upgrade after a vizio 5.1 DD and DTS system. I ready have wall mounts hung about a foot above my ear but I've heard 2-3' is optimal.

However, it is my personal setup in my bedroom so I'm always in the "sweet spot," so is the 1' height ok?

Yes, it should be fine.

I don't think you'll have any issues with the rears being at or about ear level.
