Rear component access (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to figure how to place my cabinet, build one, or whatever....see I'm thinking about putting it against the back wall but then...

1. How do I access the back?

2. Do I run the wires out of the ceiling or down the wall and out?

3. Should I cut an access panel behind the cabinet?

4. Just use caster and roll it out?

What do you guys think? I'm sure many of you have been there and probably have some great ideas.

I was lucky enought to have a hallway behind my cabinet so I put in a door. It allows great access to the back of the cabinet and I don't have to move gear in and out to check on wiring.
