can people please post any remedys that are made by the studios or updates on communications with the studios for the following issues:

Jackie Brown - text based trivia track sync problem

Reservoir Dogs - transfer issue

and any other known issues I am neglecting to mention

If your DVD is flawed, Buena Vista will replace your copy when the new discs are available. Call the Buena Vista Customer Service hotline at 1-800-477-2811, follow their instructions and they'll get a new disc out to you.

thanks Richard I was aware of that info...

I guess my question is more to the point of has anyone talked to customer service and what is the remedy.

Are they paying for you to ship the disc back to them?
Do you just have to ship the one disc (disc 1) or the whole package?
When will the replacement discs be available to be shipped?
What is the estimated time frame it will take for them to be shipped to you once they have received the defective one?
