I'd love to spend around $200... and since Sears matches internet prices... those great deals from places you've never heard of on mysimon.com seem pretty effective.

But can anyone tell me if Sears currently sells anything like the Panasonic rp56?

My Sears used to have the Panny in Bloomington, IN, but they sold out. Almost every Sears Should have the Sony 700P!

Sears just got their shipment of Panansonic RP-62 players in last week. They're selling them for about $50 less than the RP-56 and it's pretty much the same player.

Actually, it was floor sample, but they had marked the price down to $109 on the remaining ones before I got the last one at $99. The $109 was down from $129.

The Sears website, though, still has it at $169...or they had it there the day I got mine.
