Does anyone no if the projectors at Price Japan are the same as the U.S. counterparts. Do they run at American voltages? Do they have problems with NTSC? Would very much appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Japan uses NTSC, same as the US. The only difference is that their "blackest black" is set at 0 IRE, and we're at 7. I doubt you'll really notice the difference. The voltage is almost the same, and many projectors have auto-switching power supplies. Call the shop and ask if you need a converter.
