Ishtar being released by Sony in-house really makes no sense outside the gamble on its notoriety previously mentioned. Remember this is the same company that has been confirmed to be sitting on and already finished blu-ray of From Here to Eternity for quite some time and still having cold feet regarding potential sales. Sony's home video department works in mysterious ways.

Ishtar was finished a while back and was shelved presumably for legal reasons of one kind or another. If I recall correctly some copies made it to a handful of retailers. So this isnt a normal circumstance for current Sony home video strategy.

Thanks, Brandon, but AT LONG LAST LOVE is not on the Twilight Time label: As we noted in our announcement, it is a 20th Century Fox release.

Acording to Fangoria, no Raimi but
Fango got the scoop that special features will include audio commentary by Campbell, plus new interviews with Campbell and others involved with the film...

Great news. I'm pleased that Cohen isn't just content on milking their "AAA" mainstream features. I expected a longer wait for any British productions (especially of the 1930s).

Thanks. I'm assuming Bill meant 5/14 as 5/17 is a Friday.
Added the following:
Magic Town (1947) (Olive) - coming to Blu-ray 4/23/13
An Officer and a Gentleman (1982) (Paramount) - coming to Blu-ray 5/21/13
EDIT: Actually, since Warner is releasing their own Sommersby (1993) on 5/21 and Paramount's Runaway Bride (1999) on the same 5/17 misnomer date, I suspect An Officer and a Gentleman will be ultimately released on 5/21 as part of a Richard Gere promotion.
