And additionally this: the picture has to reside on the web already. You need a web-site where you can place your pics on. If it's already available some place, you could link to that site, but please be aware that some web providers may not like the huge amount of hits that's generated by our membership reading your posts and being directed to your site (or when the pics load inside your posts).
