Wouldn't want vindictive employees taking out their frustration on the customers' food.

Good luck in the job hunt. A guys wife here at work lost her job as a rest. manager and found another as a server the same day! Hopefully you'll find something almost as quickly.

As Philip said, there would likely be vindictive food tampering by those about to be laid off, and more than likely lots of the staff wouldn't even bother to show up for their shifts anyway causing lots of chaos.

Well, it apparently doesn't keep Mr. Earl from drawing several hundred thousand dollars a year in salary, along with additional bonuses.

Speaking of terrorists maybe the army should go after terrorists like scum of the earth earl. Throw in some enron aholes(we would have to invade some tax shelter countries) and a few worldcoms and we could pay off the countries debts or at least pay a decent severence to people who actually work.
