I don't think I've ever enjoyed a movie as much as I did Plan 9 from Outer Space last night. The carpet in the cemetary, the actor with a cape over his face doubling for Bela Lugosi, the not-so inconspicuous wires suspending the flying saucers- I loved it all.
I want more!!!! Can anybody point me in the way of an equally awful sci-fi/horror movie as Plan 9? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Another Ed Wood film, "Orgy of the Dead", is suitably terrible :) ! Complete with a blond vampire who for some reason that I don't remember right now (who knows - there might not have BEEN a reason) absolutely loves gold coins and constantly watches a parade of beautiful, topless girls dance for him.
Some other favorites of mine:
Torture Dungeon
Return of the Alien's Deadly Spawn
Street Trash
These stinkers are somewhat rare nowadays, so you might have some difficulty finding them, but if you do I'm sure you'll get a kick out of them.
Enjoy!

Everything Peter mentioned is right on. I'd also recommend you check a couple of actor Robert Clarke's films:
THE ASTOUNDING SHE MONSTER (1957, Image Entertainment)- a very Wood-ian effort, it even features one of Eddie's favorite actors, Keene Duncan.
THE HIDEOUS SUN DEMON (1958, Image Entertainment)- When Clarke saw how much money director Ron Ashcroft made off SHE MONSTER, he decided to make his own Grade-Z sci-fi epic, and THE HIDEOUS SUN DEMON was the result. Essential viewing if you're into this kind of stuff.

You might like some of the early Russ Myer stuff like,'faster pussy cat kill kill' or even 'beyond the valley of the dolls'
LD collections go for $$$$, not sure they are out on DVD
A little gory but tongue in cheek; made for $12...Evil Dead I & II

Why?
Why do you keep hounding me and harassing me and hounding me?
It's not like I don't have anything better to do, you know.
It's not like the Phantom Cruiser is going to wax itself.
It's not like last night's burrito stain will just up and remove itself from my cape.
I am a superhero!
A very very busy superhero! Who does...things!
Now get out of here before I tell your mother.
AND DON'T TRAMPLE MY BEGONIAS!

You should also get a kick out of 1959's TEENAGERS FROM OUTER SPACE (on an Image Entertainment DVD). When I saw that for the first time at a New York revival theater, I had tears of laughter streaming down my face from beginning to end.
