PIONEER CLD-2070 LASER PLAYER (1 Viewer)

I have a Pioneer CLD-2070 that my Grand daughter decided it didn't need it's tray anymore and pulled it out, I can fix it but i need to know how to ReAlign the Gears where the Tray slides in.. theres holes in the gears and an arrow on the tray gear i believe for aligning.. i got it to go in and down and play without the tray but everytime i try to put the tray in it messes up the gear alignment, so it either goes in to far and wont drop or it trys to eject while tray is still down... someone told me i have to Re align the gears and then put the tray in... where do I get the directions for doing this???? please help.. im desperate at this point... Thank you in advance and for helping.....
