    dvdtalk lists amazon.ca's phone number as 1-877-586-3230 open 24/7. hope this helps.

    Wish you luck with the #s above. So many companies, even if you've got the phone#, give you an endless list of options, most of them telling you to go to a web-site. Pressing zero, saying "representative" or "customer service" sometimes doesn't even work.

    Haven't had to call Amazon, but many others. They make it as difficult as possible to actually talk with a person.
