Ricky,
You posted this thread just yesterday afternoon, at least give Ron or Parker time to reply before bumping it up. If you haven't realized both of them just got back from California after being away for about two weeks, therefore, both I'm sure are very busy catching up with things in their personal life as well as the forum like the server switch and the thread detailing the "California Meet". Please, give them some slack to contact the studios to see if it's possible. Based on what I know, don't expect any chat with Universal anytime soon and I'm sure Paramount might be a possiblity in the near future to talk about their 2002 releases. Columbia and New Line are also possiblities but HBO might be under Warner's umbrella.

Ricky,
We have all been very busy.
Offhand, I can tell you that a chat with Universal
is probably completely out of the question. They
just don't do chats anymore. In fact, if I am not
mistaken, they were *supposed* to do a submitted Q&A
with another DVD forum 6 months ago and they never
did it, despite their promise to do so.
Universal is just very off-handed when it comes
to these things. Trust me -- we have approached
them several times.
HBO? If I had a contact, I would ask.
PARAMOUNT? Oh, I suppose I could talk to Martin,
but as much as I like and respect the man, he
doesn't really let any information out and I think
his lack of answering questions would just upset all
of you. It's not his fault, but rather, studio policy.
I can tell you this much....
I am setting up a chat with NEW LINE as well
as VAN LING within the next few weeks.
Hope this helps.
