Ozzy Live In Budokan. Pretty impressive 5.1 soundtrack. (1 Viewer)

I just watched the Ozzy Live In Budokan DVD and was quite impressed with the sound quality. It appears to be filmed at a 1.78.1 aspect ratio but unfortunately, not anamorphic. It also has segments with the Osborne’s doing some sightseeing and some backstage action. I would recommend it to anyone who like Ozzy, particularly his older material.

Is the concert footage continuous? I'm hoping it isn't interrupted by interviews like the Black Sabbath: The Last Supper DVD that I picked up. I know most concert DVDs run continuously but I just want to make sure.

Thanks.

Thought about buying this today. I'm a fan from way back, and even have more respect for the Oz after viewing his show on MTV. Thanks for the review! I'll be buying this soon.

The show is continuous. That was the thing I hated with The Last Supper DVD, there was too many breaks during the concert.

Here is a track listing:

1. I Don't Know
2. That I Never Had
3. Believer
4. Junkie
5. Mr. Crowley
6. Gets Me Through
7. Suicide Solution
8. No More Tears
9. I Don't Want To Change The World
10. Road To Nowhere
11. Crazy Train
12. Mama, I'm Coming Home
13 Bark at the Moon
14. Paranoid.

My only complaint with this dvd and all concert dvds is I wish they utilized the angle function a bit more. I would love to watch the the whole concert, center stage, all musicians involved, uninterupted, without the different camera angles or cuts.

I got my DVD today and there is no insert, are they all like this or did I get screwed?

Thanks for the heads up. I saw this CD at Sam Goody but didn't know there was a DVD too. I'll be picking one up soon.
