I'm wondering if the first batch of discs will be pressed instead of burned...

Warner Archive does not burn Blu-rays, only DVDs.
As a matter of fact, I'd like to know if anybody has ever purchased a title that was a BD-R from a major studio? Even the guy who did the batch of Gulliver's Travels Blu-ray did pressed discs. I just don't think it is being done yet. Probably because it would actually be more expensive to do so.

Good to know.

I'm not very familiar with Warner Archive Blu rays technical specs.

Can't wait for the WA BD program to really kick off, though.
