Optoma HD20 washed out picture. (1 Viewer)

I have an Optoma HD20 and the picture is very washed out. I replaced the lamp and it worked for about an hour before the problem came back. Ideas? ?

Is there any way you can post a pic? Did you just buy this HD20? Did you calibrate the projector? Is the room dark?

I will set it back up and get a picture. I have had it probably 2 years, enough to think that the bulb needed replaced when the isssue started.
