    Hi

My TV only has a one HDMI input port and I'm wondering if someone makes a gizmo that would allow me to plug in more than one HDMI cable.

Is there such a thing as a HDMI splitter? Something simple and cheap?

    Thanks!

Yes. Sort of. You want a switch.

As for price they can range from not bad to quite expensive.

Goto www.bhphoto.com and search for "HDMI Switch"

If you are in the market for a new receiver many of the newer models include HDMI switching capabilities.

I generally don't like Terk products, but Terk may have the best HDMI switch. No power or remote is required. Terk's switch senses which HDMI input device is "on" and automatically switches to that device. The only drawback might be if you plan to have more than one HDMI device on at the same time, but the device does have a button for manual switching. I think Terk makes a 2-input and 3-input switch.
