It's not difficult to find 3D Noah by "other means", depending on your ethical standards.

No need to even discuss unethical releases... just invest a couple hundred in a region-free machine and reap the wealth of legal imports that is available in Europe.

It's very odd hearing complaints from people in the US about releases being locked for Europe after so many years of things being the other way round.
Artificially restricting what is already a tiny market seems just plain perverse.
