Netflix phone number?? (1 Viewer)

I need to contact Netflix with some questions and can't find a phone number listed anywhere on their website...does anyone have a number for them? They seem to be receiving some of my returned DVD's and if they receive 2 on the same day, they'll ship out one on that day but send out the second one on the next day. I'd like to know why they don't skip to the next one on the waiting list that's ready if the top listed ones aren't available (it's slowing down the rate that I'm receiving the movies.) Thanks!
