NetFlix overstating availability? (1 Viewer)

In the not too distant past, whenever NetFlix sent me a disc, they would always pick the first "Now" on my list. Lately, that doesn't seem to be happening. For example, today they selected the 4th disc even thought the top 3 were all marked "Now". Does anyone know why this is happening? Are they overstating their availability to make their selection look better?

With all of the new distribution centers what does the NOW really mean? It's available somewhere? I have no clue what their algorithim for sending is -- but the same thing is happening to me -- I sent back 3 -- the 3 they sent out were #'s 3, 7 and 8 on my list -- all the others (1,2,4,5,6) say available NOW. I do enjoy the much quicker turnaround time!
