*gasp*

I'd just like to thank you all for helping me get a new monitor. Because I just shot my morning coffee all over my old one. :D

(And I just about died when I read Kung Pow: Enter The Fist )

Thanks for the laughs!

This is such a great thread. Really puts a new light, ahem, on old films.

But I'll be watching:
Dr. Strangelove the whole time....or perhaps:
Midway, or
Run Silent Run Deep, or
No Man's Land, or
Contact, or
The Long Knives, or
Paths of Glory, or

Geez, almost every film I own can be twisted:
Ntl Geographic: "Nature's Fury"
IMAX "Destiny in Space"
"To the Moon"
"The Siege"
"Close Encounters..."
2010: The Year We Make Contact"
"Dark City"
"For Your Eyes Only"
"OHMSS"

Protocol
Quest for Fire

And even Eyes Wide Shut finally makes sense.

Hilarious, though I shied away from some which might be negative if things go wrong...

Good luck to your friend, that's the main thing!
