Most Disappointing: Gwyneth Paltrow

1st Runner Up: Tie- Jennifer Connelly & Julia Roberts

It's rare that an awardee is as open, honest, and real as Halle Berry was tonight. I usually roll my eyes back with a good portion of the acceptance speaches, but Halle Berry, Robert Redford, Ronnie Howard, Sidney Portier, and others tonight really were good. And yes, Halle was beautiful.

Reese Witherspoon and Jodie Foster looked GREAT! Nicole Kidman looked very nice, although she should wear darker colors with her fair skin.
My beloved Ms. Connelly looked kinda freakish...and what happened to her BOOBS? :frowning:

Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Naomi Watts, and Reese Witherspoon were my favorites.

Agreed. Good question about the boobs. I was wondering the same thing last night, casue they were a lot bigger in Requiem for a Dream. Oh well, she's still hot.

Kate Winslet and Halle Berry both looked great.

Gweneth Paltrow looked absolutely horrible.

I've had a thing for Naomi Watts since Tank Girl. I liked it better when I was the only one vying for her attention.

Cameron Diaz was going for the "winded" look and it was definitly not working, especially with that ugly dress.

Gwyneth Paltrow was probably the worst dressed.

Halle Berry was by far the best dressed and the most radiant.

PPl say Jennifer Connelly has lost her bust and some weight but I still think she's attractive.

Halle Berry and Uma Thurman were the standouts for me.

BTW: I thought for sure that my girlfriend was going to say something nasty about Halle's dress being too revealing, but she actually thought it was "stunning".

But then again Halle Berry is one of the few celebrities that she will always note how beautiful she looks.

Jay E,

I remembered seeing Tank Girl and thinking the girl with the glasses was really cute. MD is the first thing Ive seen her in since though.

Best:

Helen Mirren (still radiant),

Uma Thurman ("they" looked fabulous!)

Sharon Stone (I haven't liked Sharon Stone since King Solomon's Mines, but she looked much better than usual)

Reese Witherspoon (she looked pretty cute)

Worst:

Gwyneth Paltrow (terrible hair, scary make-up, and a horrible dress)

Jennifer Connelly (she's lost so much weight she looks sickly)
