Tried to watch Caravaggio once, couldn't get into it. Other than that, I've only seen Aria.

    Jubilee (1977) - 2/10

Pretty much guaranteed I'll never watch another Jarman film.

Hmm, I missed this one somehow.

    1. Jubilee - C- (not averse to seeing more Jarman, but this is just too wacked out, coked out, zany, avant-garde but in mostly really dull ways rather than having the camp, humor and more importantly, human insight, of something like a Morrissey/Warhol film. The overarching idea is somewhat interesting. Maybe this is one of those punky "of its era, ya had to be there" kind of films)

I've seen parts of The Tempest on HDNet Movies and that looked MUCH more compelling. I'd like to see all of it someday.

I attempted The Last of England and got maybe 20m in before I had to turn it off. Hate quitting on movies but I just could not take any more.
