1. Down By Law - A (Very funny comedy about prisoners on the lam, with gorgeous B&W cinematography courtesy of Robby Muller and the music of John Lurie and Tom Waits)
2. Broken Flowers - B+
3. Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai - B+ (Jarmusch combines East and West with an African-American samurai (Forrest Whitaker) takes on the mob in this clever film)
4. Night on Earth - B+ (A 5-part film following the stories of cab drivers around the world. Some parts are better than others with the Italian and Finnish segments being my favorite)
5. Mystery Train - B- (A multi-character piece set in a down-and-out hotel in Memphis)
6. The Limits of Control - B-

9. Stranger Than Paradise - C+
10. Coffee & Cigarettes - C (This multi-part film shot over 17 years is a coffee-sippin' conversation piece. A couple of these I liked, the Alfred Molina-Steve Coogan bit being my favorite, but most were uninteresting with a few being downright mind-numbing)

My favorite is Dead Man, for sure, but Night on Earth runs a close second. His other films never quite work for me, though. I've also turned off Stranger Than Paradise; I just didn't get like I got some of his other work.
