If I download the latest firmware update for my Momitsu, does the latest update include previous updates or do I have to do multiple updates individually to get everything ?

    Thanks

    You only need the latest.

I've burnt it to CD but when I put the disc in it doesn't say "no media files found" it gives me a choice of Audio, Video playlist etc.
What am I doing wrong ?

You have to put the files that the .rar file contains on the root level of the usb thumb drive.
It also helps to reformat the USB thumb drive as FAT before you do that.
Then plug it in the Momitsu and it should ask you if you want to do the firmware upgrade.

i did it, but now I seem to have lost bitstream HD functionality. No more DTS-MA or Dolby TrueHD :(

Just download the file, uncompress with unrarX
Put the files that the .rar produced on a USB thumb drive FAT formatted
    Insert into Momitsu
