    AMELIÉ is the story of a young Parisian woman who is looking for love,

    and perhaps for the meaning of life in general. Growing up in a

    slightly dysfunctional family, Amelié is waiting tables in a tiny

    Paris cafe and interacting in a curious fashion with her neighbors and

    customers.

    Amelié's life changes when she discovers the immense joy of bringing

    happiness to others through random, anonymous and secret acts of

    kindness. Her life goes on until she meets an intriguing young man

    and must discover if she will find the same happiness for herself.

    In French with English subtitles, AMELIÉ is rated "R" by the Motion

    Picture Association of America (MPAA) "For Sexual Content" and has a

    running time of 122 minutes.

    This is a lot better than I expected [​IMG], hopefully we get a great A/V presentation from Miramax too. Yes!

    They must be cramming all this on to one DVD, which explains the absence of the audio commentary and DTS track. Which means, I 'll probably have to get the UK R2 DVD for DTS and commentary and the R1 for the other extras.

    I believe that there will be both an English and a French commentary.
