Just to let all of you know....
I wrote a letter to our contact at FOX on behalf
of Home Theater Forum members. Here is an
excerpt of that communication:
I am one of those individuals who would rather buy the remaining Bond films as solo releases -- to be proudly displayed alongside the current titles -- rather than having to deal with a huge box that won't fit on a shelf.
While I realize MGM wants to sell that box, I hope it won't be at the expense of those that faithfully purchased all the single releases expecting that the collection would be completed as such.
I hope MGM can provide some sort of roadmap of future solo releases prior to the release of the boxed set.
I did receive a reply that my letter was being passed
on to the marketing team at MGM.
Honestly, I don't believe we will see the individual sets
anytime soon. It's my opinion that the studio wants to put
that boxed set forefront, making it a tempting purchase
decision for those of us that already purchased the prior
releases.

.....however, on behalf of the members of Home Theater Forum, I am pleading with MGM to consider the fans that have faithfully purchased all 13 Bond releases to date and only want to complete their collection rather than have to purchase a $200 set.I'm certain you have heard a lot of feedback about the pending BOND release and that I am not going to express an opinion that you haven't already heard.....
