Martin Logan Purity vs Martin Logan reQuest (1 Viewer)

Hi all,


I have been using a pair of Martin Logan Purity for my Stereo and Home Theatre systems (with Martin Logan Center, Rear speakers, and Sub.) . But now, I would like to replace my Purity by reQuest.


I know reQuest is older but the size is bigger - old technique but "big mouth". I hope I can get your advise if you knew and used them both.

We have been using ML ReQuests since 1998 and still haven't found anything better for our home theater. I will suggest that their room placement and a high power solid state amp is essential. Even thouigh they have 12" woofer they need a good sub for movies.
