Everything about it is appealing, everything that traffic will allow

Nowhere could you get that happy feeling when you are stealing that extra bow
There's no people like show people, they smile when they are low
Even with a turkey that you know will fold, you may be stranded out in the cold
Still you wouldn't change it for a sack of gold, let's go on with the show :)

The Marilyn numbers are the highlights!

The misfits or river of no return are next!

Watched a couple of documentaries about Marilyn. Her death seems like a puzzle in terms of the reports and eye witnesses. Many avenues seem plausible as well.
anyway I found it hard to decipher the truth. Unsolved mystery mr. stack?

It is too bad that more titles haven't been issued.
Monkey business, don't bother to knock would be good releases.

She's completely adorable in Monkey Business and so incredible heartbreaking in Don't bother to Knock. What a talent range! Hollywood never realized what a genius in acting they had, only her physical beauty.

I hope Criterion is interested in licensing The Prince and the Showgirl. They have already have a couple of Laurence Oliver titles in their catalog.

I'm sure the sales numbers for the Bluray set "did not meet expectations" the entire set was available after Thanksgiving for a net of $15.00 at Costco the year it was released :(

Well Fox has licensing deals with Twilight Time, Criterion and Kino, with Kino releasing an abundance of titles. So i would surmise that the Monroe's will be out eventually.

And there is a thread in this forum with a news release that Blu-rays sales have increased this past year.

I thought I had read that Kino or Twilight Time had requested unreleased Marilyn films but were turned down by Fox.

Still would love to see Warner do a Blu-Ray of Prince and the Showgirl -- especially if they can restore the gorgeous original color.
One of my most wanted BD releases for sure! Gorgeous Jack Cardiff color cinematography.

I hope TT won't get the Marilyn films since their releases are unreasonable expensive when importing to Sweden.

All of these films, even the bad ones, have an immense replay value because of The Magic of Marilyn:wub:

I would like to have don't bother to knock and monkey business on blu ray.

Hope they are released this year.

I know knock is in hd as I watched it on Netflix I believe.

I am looking forward to getting Seven Year Itch on 1080p BD unless it comes out on 4k UHD BD first. Most likely it will end up being 1080p BD.
