(Decided to only provide the article link, since most of the images are pretty goddamned spoilery.)

If Mad Max: Fury Road isn't your most anticipated movie of 2015, you have antifreeze for blood and a wad of mud for a soul and you aren't allowed into my Church of the Sacred Steering Wheel.

Oh my is right! Holy Cow!!!!!!!

There's a fucking bass guitar with a flamethrower in this trailer.

A bass guitar.

With a flamethrower.

This was directed by a seventy-year-old.

It says something that Furious 7 has sequences where cars parachute out of planes and jump between skyscrapers, and yet THIS is clearly the more insane/outrageous of the two.

What a lovely, gorgeous vision of pure chaos. I need this movie in my life now, and I need George Miller to make more films.

It's even better than that.

It's a dual-neck guitar with a flamethrower atop a gigantic mobile stage full of massive speaker stacks.

WHEN can I see this glorious cinematic orgasm?! May 15 cannot come soon enough...

Time for me to finally check out Happy Feet, I guess. You know, the film he won his Oscar for. ;)

(Echoes of Carol Reed winning his Oscar for Oliver!)

Okay, I think this is my #2 most anticipated film of the year. ;)

Welcome back, Mr. Miller, we've missed you!

This trailer is very clearly the peak of human civilization.

We had a good run. If anyone was gonna finish us, I'm OK with it being Miller.

Jesus wept. For there were no more worlds to conquer.

This guy should have been up there with the guitarist for a little synergy with Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome:

I do not understand anyone who would rather see Avengers: Age of Ultron than this. The trailers for this film have been, no exaggeration, better than most of the full films I've watched in the past 6 months.

The colors, the setpieces, the action, the characters, the dynamic imagery and staging, the seemingly endless parade of new and exciting, colorful frames...

What the hell hath George Miller wrought?

You're saying all the things I'm thinking - it's spooky - and I love it!
