I got the gift set and I'm damn happy I did. I needed bookends anyway, and I was glad to get these along with the DVD - they are proadly displayed in my theater along with my DVDs.
By the way, while some will say different, a lot of the Nat. Geo DVD is stuff that ISN'T on the extended DVD - its mostly about Tolkien's inspirations for LOTR and how he made the languages (interesting stuff).

However, just about every other chain is listed as well as the Arena Grand Theater here in downtown Columbus, Ohio which is where I plan on seeing it.
