By the way, Lost was referred to in the second episode of Chuck last week. One of the secrets that is in his head is about the shooting down of Oceanic Flight 815.
I guess they have came out with an excuse for this saying that the North island is such a small island and with few people and all the press and cops around, that the ratio of them getting caught with a DUI is pretty high. Which is a big cop out.
But I still don't understand why they don't walk, taxi or get private drivers.
A Hawaiian on the TV Guide message board indicated a couple things: speed limits are in the neighborhood of 50-55; there are vast tracts of empty highway; cops tend to sit and wait for people to speed by. Not saying drinking and driving is right, but let's look at all the circumstances.
I understand that I was just telling about what some of the Losties have said during the last DUI stop of one of their fellow cast members. Basically saying it was pretty easy to get pulled over. I'm a Lost fanatic, so I'm not busting balls
Not a problem. Like myself and I'm sure there are others, that I'm really feeling the Lost drought. and now with only 8 episodes coming out(thats if ABC decides to still air the 8. they still might wait untill 2009)
These webisodes will keep us happy.(for now)
There will be 13 "missing pieces"(once a week)
And it will be up to us(the fans) to decide where these missing pieces go in the storyline.
The first missing piece episode is called The Watch
Lost season 4-6 will now be 16 episodes. But now with the WGA strike, Lost producers only have 8 episodes to show us. There will be a cliffhanger, but no season finale.
The cliffhanger will also be a semi cliffhanger, as the first 8 is just starting the storyline for season 4.
then that will be it until Feb 2009(or until the strike ends)
Personally, I think they should wait, like they're doing with 24
You just cant give us 8 then make us wait. Lost needs to be done all in a row, so we don't loose anything in the storyline.
i knew about the 16 ep season thing and it not starting till january next year. i also know there is a strike. i hadnt see anything about only 8 eps airing, then nothing 'till 2009. is that certain or just a guess. or was this stated somewere?
Carlton Cuse has stated from the picket line that there are only 8 episodes ready to show, and since production is shut down. There isn't anymore to show us(with the strike of course)
here is a link to the news(even though tv.com is using the word "may") Carlton Cuse says there is only 8 episodes to show us
John, okay I see where you're getting all that. There is no guarantee, however, that ABC will air the 8 complete episodes as scheduled. They may decide to hold them for fall to run with the remainder of the S4 episodes or hold them for spring 2009.
well evidently, ABC is using the Webisodes, that start Monday as a Countdown to Season 4 premiere. (Feb 6th/Jan 30th is a recap-reminder show) Unless they change their minds?
Personally, I want ABC to wait. But if they're using the webisodes as a lead in to season 4. so be it. But they need to wait
