Looking for good powerstrip tutorial (1 Viewer)

I just put a new Radeon 9600 ori video card in my HTPC (replacing the buggy imitation geforce 6200) I am now trying to tweak the settings to get the whole screen viewable outputting in 1080I. I found a good how to earlier, but now all I can find is a more advanced one on AVSfourm. Can someone point me to some good sites with info on getting the initial setup going, or good tutorials on powerstrip.
