Based on the boost document, it has a 1Q high pass filter at 17.7 hz.

Hmmm, I never noticed that! And I've still heard some bottoming out on Tchaikovsky's cannons (Telarc's disc)! Those default values only correspond to a 1dB boost between 25-30Hz, but I might change the resistors to move it to 20-24Hz and put the cutoff at 13.9Hz. I wonder what the rolloff on the filter is, though.
Anyway, the Bash is a heck of an alternative to the Dayton 250, IMHO.
