LA DOLCE VITA on Blu-ray --When? (1 Viewer)

If I remember correctly LA DOLCE VITA was announced back in January of 2010 by E1 Entertainment as an upcoming BD release. I've seen no mention of it since and it's not listed on Amazon as a pre-order. They missed the 50 year anniversary (not that it matters). It's such a great and important film. Anyone have any news?

There are reports that no-one currently owns the rights to issue this on Blu ray .. it appears now to be in the public domain and I guess no-one is willing to undertake mastering and release unless they have undisputed rights.

Paramount claims they own LA DOLCE VITA and last November they sued to prove ownership.. I haven't seen any updates, so I don't know what has happened.
