Just to follow-up..

This is only a rumor, but it sounds like it's going to happen.

Most will agree that this first smart watch from Samsung is really a beta release.

The rumor also states that the next watch will have an OLED screen. Possibly curved.

Really, if you have the chance to return the 1st generation Galaxy to put that money
aside for the second generation....you will be ahead of the game. I think it would royally
suck to see a successor released in a few short months and you are left behind.

If you are not thoroughly satisfied with the Galaxy you own, the decision to return it should
not be a hard one.

That thing looks incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to wear that continuously when I can just pull the phone out of my pocket. Of course, I do not wear watches or jewelry at all, so smart watches and that phone holder would be totally useless for me.

The Samsung watch never really interested me. Maybe the next generation will. The Qualcomm looked very interesting though. Seemed a lot more practical and well usable. I checked it out on their website and I really liked the headset it comes with as well as the wireless charging dock.

Just saw a video review of the Toq. The reviewer did not like the phone.
Quick glance at other reviews also look somewhat unfavorable.

Really, I still think we are in the infancy mode of these products. Best to
see what surfaces later this year.

Frankly, I almost hope Google Glass and others of its kind are flops. You just know that someone will be stupid enough to try wearing and using something like that while driving if it becomes successful.
