I was just poking around Crutchfield's site & the new Kenwood 7070 THX Receiver is listed as 10 MHz same as last years 6070 Just wondering if this is right because even the new $200 Sony DE595 is 80Mhz. The new JVC's were still 35Mhz & no listing on the one new Panasonic. You would think that ALL companies would have at least upped the MHz on this years top of the line models.

You would think...

Unfortunately, the 6070/7070 models are not Kenwood’s "top of the line models".

For that you have to look at the Kenwood Sovereign line of receivers.

You would also think that the 6070/7070 models which each have the entry level of THX certification, would not only have at least 20mhz of video bandwidth, but they would not have .7% of THD in the rear surrounds.

Good luck in your shopping...
