In June I'm going to be adding some new features to my ambient back lighting in my home theater. Barlightings.com has started carrying a much better remote system for the ambient lighting. It allows you to have different zone settings and gets rid of the syncing issues that the old remotes had. It also allows you to control your lighting via an app on your smart phone too.
I'll be adding LED disc lights to the top shelves of my audio piers and one more LED strip behind my couch.
I'm quite excited, I've been waiting for this release for some time now.
My current setup has two LED strips behind my 55 inch TV, one behind each of my 4 floor standing speakers, one underneath my end table, one behind my couch, and one behind my love-seat. They run on two separate remote receivers (with audio sensitivity settings that can be turned on and off). The two receivers present a syncing problem because sometimes when you hit the button on the remote only one receives the command leading to the two different sets being on a different color or different setting all together.
