LOS ANGELES, October 31, 2013 – On the one year anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, the stars from the FX hit drama, Sons of Anarchy , will host a fan event at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park, New Jersey on November 10, 2013 to benefit the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund (http://sandynjrelieffund.org) and Staten Strong (http://statenstrong.com/) charities.
Fans of the series can purchase tickets to join the stars of Sons of Anarchy for an advanced screening of season 6’s newest episode followed by a Q&A with series creator, Kurt Sutter, and stars Katey Sagal, Kim Coates and Theo Rossi. For even more ‘Anarchy,’ a limited number of VIP Tickets will be available for purchase that includes exclusive access to an intimate pre-reception with the cast.
Tickets will be available through Brown Paper Tickets starting today and 100% of the ticket sales will go directly to the Hurricane Sandy NJ Relief Fund and Staten Strong in support of their efforts to help families and communities rebuild.
"I'm a Jersey boy, born, bred and beaten,” said Kurt Sutter. “When Sandy hit and fucked up the state, the initial outpouring of aid was fantastic, but a year later, only a fraction of the damage has been repaired. I wanted to do something to help, not just with some cash, but also to remind folks that people in South Jersey still need aid and services. They need a break. "

The Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund Inc. was established to help New Jersey rebuild. To date, the Fund has raised over $38 million from more than 30,000 donors world-wide. For more information, and to find out how you can help, visit http://sandynjrelieffund.org.
Relief organization, Staten Strong was founded by a group of Staten Island natives, including Sons of Anarchy’s own, Theo Rossi. Staten Strong helps provide clothing, groceries, gas, and other goods to Staten Island residents effected by Hurricane Sandy. For more information, visithttp://statenstrong.com/.
Sons of Anarchy season 5 is available on Blu-ray and DVD in stores everywhere.
