R.I.P. to one of the great "That Guys."

A shame that his last movie was so disappointing. (My comment at the time: "A promiscuous young woman tries to identify the father of her impending baby while figuring out what to do with herself. While there are some funny gags, it consists mainly of hammy actors reciting amateurish dialogue at each other. Western Union has more subtext than this script. The juvenile, narcissistic message doesn't help, either."). I hope he enjoyed the five years since. :)

Not to overstate his role, but his cold-blooded murder in Die Hard seemed to actually matter, and looking back, none of the other countless killings in the later films did.
