Hey Guys,
Narrowing down my subwoofer purchase. The budget 12in. Dayton sub just went up in price from $126 to around $150. To be honest, the front grill looks a little cheap. I've got a 3 year-old boy who will probably end up kicking a ball into it a few hundred times before he's 5 years-old.
What I'm thinking now is should I just go ahead and spend aound $280 more and get the SVS PB10 that at least appears to be more solidly made. What do you think?
Gaming/TV/Music is probably 60/30/10 for me. I don't need super loud movies. Not a huge sci-fi or action movie guy. What I want from a subwoofer is nice tight bass. It doesn't have to be earthshattering.
Maybe I should go with the HSU STF-1 or STF-2 instead...
What are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance,
Rob
p.s. I also have a thread asking about the new SVS 5.1 system. Wondering if anyone has had a chance to hear the bookshelf speakers yet.
