check out www.invoca.com

The units at Lowes are the regular ones. Some are stand alones and run off normal batteries, while another model comes with a cradle unit that recharges its batteries (not included).

Both models are available for 19.99

also their "recessed" wall speakers and outdoor speakers (the kind that look like rocks) were half off.

they also had a good sale on lamps and perrenials;)

You'd be better off with a One for All 8811 for around the same price. Other than the voice activation cool factor, the Invoca's very limited in what it can do, especially the Standard version which cannot control an AV receiver. Also, the remote doesn't learn so you're stuck with whatever commands you get from the built-in codes.

But if you've got an extra 20 bucks to play around with, it's kind of fun. ;)
