Internet company ratings/experiences? (1 Viewer)

Hey Guys,
I'm looking at getting a new computer. I'm looking to get it from cyberpowerpc.com. I just want to check on the company's history/legitimacy.
Does anyone know any websites that list that type of thing? Or has anyone themselves dealt with them?

FYI, the boys at Cyberpower rate only a 3.7 (Poor) on a scale of 1-7...
I can personally recommend http://www.newegg.com (6.5) and Link Removed (5.6) as good places to go.

Yikes!
Those stories are not reassuring.
I'm want to have it custom built. Anybody have any more recommendations for that? The cheaper the better.
