Hey, I wonder if those offended people were paid by Swatch to rant and rave? On the other hand, why pay for it when the real thing should (theoretically) be easy to find?

As for inventing a new detector...I'd patent it, but there is so much prior art going back thousands of years, that I'd have no chance. On the other hand, the things I hear about the incompetence of the US Patent office (let's patent one-click buying, anyone?) makes me wonder...
